Dr.Hedison Plant Stem Cell Repair Toner has 68% apple hydrosol which is steam passed through the fruit and turned into water by distillation. Fruit waters have much in common with the physiological fluids contained in the human body, therefore, when added to cosmetic products penetrate deeply into the dermis. Toner improves facial skin regeneration processes, improves metabolism, stimulates cellular of the skin. Toner formulated with apple water which builds moisturizing layer on skin to keep moist for long time.

• Tomato Callus Culture Extract provide rich hydration to skin since tomato consists of  90% of moisture and keep skin clear and clean with it's high content of Vitamin C.

How to Use:

Use daily, morning and evening after cleansing with foam. Apply 1.0-2.0 ml of toner to the sponge and massage onto the skin of the face and neck.
